Install ember-resistant mesh and vents, boxed eave enclosures, gutter guards, and fire-resistant coatings on residential properties. Comfort working on ladders and roofs required; construction or trade experience a plus. We train on our products and methods. Full-time, field-based across Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.
Run a small crew day to day — own job-site quality, safety, scheduling, and client communication on site. Requires prior lead or foreman experience in construction, roofing, or a related trade, plus a clean driving record.
Perform free wildfire home assessments for homeowners — walk the property, document vulnerabilities, and explain hardening recommendations. A great fit for someone detail-oriented and personable who can turn an inspection into a clear, trustworthy report. Training provided on WUI codes and standards.
Meet with homeowners, scope projects, and build accurate estimates and proposals for hardening work. Strong communication and follow-through required; experience in home services, construction sales, or estimating preferred.
